Our Story

Joseph Nicholas Construction was founded 10 years ago on establishing lasting relationships with our clients by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust, but our story doesn’t start there.

Founding President Luca Mariconda started off small like most business owners, and grew an empire. His work was well known. Luca was very much respected in the industry. In 1987, the empire grew just a bit more as his son Joey was born. Growing up immersed in construction, he learned at a young age just not how to build with blocks but with metal, dirt, and backhoes.

As Joey grew, so did the company. Luca and Joey became partners in what is now called Joseph Nicholas Construction. They dedicated themselves in producing quality work. Luca, a pillar of our company left this Earth far too early. We still hold true to those same values Luca had in all the early stages of his career. At Joseph Nicholas Construction we pride ourselves on establishing lasting relationships with our clients by exceeding their expectations and gaining their trust, all while providing an unsurpassed quality of work.
